LG Town GT350 is the pioneer of the new Town series. It’s a KS360-like device with sliding-out QWERTY keyboard, touchscreen, social networking integration and S-Class-styled interface.
LG announced today their new Town series and its first member – the GT350. It packs a 3-inch resistive WQVGA touchscreen, sliding-out full QWERTY keyboard, 2 megapixel snapper, quad-band GSM with EDGE, Bluetooth and microSD card slot.
Similar to LG Cookie Gig, which we recently reviewed, the GT350 runs on the standard LG user interface with S-Class like homescreen and main menu. Still the fully functional S-Class is reserved for the top-tier LG handsets only.
The key feature of the GT350 is its tight social networking integration with Facebook and Twitter, powered by the handy QWERTY keypad.
The Town GT350 looks much like an update over the KS360, bringing slightly updated menu looks and 0.6-inch bigger screen. Unfortunately, there’s still no 3G connectivity to keep pricing low.
LG Town GT350 is expected to hit the European shelves in July, while the pricing and other availability is yet to be announced.
